We were greeted by a friendly front desk attendant! Our room was great, clean and orderly. Water in the bathroom sink and shower was not very warm. When we mentioned this to the front desk, she said they were currently addressing the issue. The complementary breakfast was over the top! Anything you could’ve possibly wanted for breakfast was there including someone to plate your food for you and even make an omelette for you! Just a block from the Toyota Center and Discovery Green the location was fantastic!

The hotel was lovely, as was the room, however, our room had the elevators on the other side of the wall and was quite disturbing. It was loud and interrupted our watching TV, but especially our sleeping. Everything else was amazing and we enjoyed our stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Embassy Suites location. I have stayed here once before and remember loving it and this time I got a larger room and stayed longer. The staff were all super friendly and helpful I will definitely be back again. I loved all the upgrades.
