The staff was very nice and the room was clean however there were several issues. We booked the deluxe suite because we were staying for the week. We chose the deluxe because all of the pictures we saw online of Sonesta's show a seperate living area with a sofa. Pur room was NOTHING likethe pictures. No seperate area, no sofa, no cookware, no dishes, no coffee pot,. I did go up to the office to get a frw things but it was just not what we saw online. The biggest issue was that the light in the bathroom, also turned on the light over the sink which was right beside the bed. I was getting up and getting ready by the light of my cellphone to keep from waking up my husband. Also, the bathroom door would not open all of the way. You had to turn sideways up next to the tub to shut the door. The door hits the toilet which prevents it from opening up. We have booked with Sonesta in the past and loved ot and will book with them again, just not this location.

First time to stay there. Pleasantly surprised how nice it was. Bed was super comfy. Used the full sized fridge but not the oven. Pet friendly as well. My 2 dogs enjoyed the huge field next to the parking lot.

Hotel is older needs to be updated. Since they have kitchens, roaches were very noticeable. Bed not comfortable, could not figure out how to turn on the shower head, or if it even worked. Had to take a bath. The room was clean, ac worked well. Full size fridge, was clean. Many restaurants and stores close by. Staff were very polite. Seems that people live there, since the price per night is affordable.

The room had a few bugs and stains in the restroom. I was also downgraded to a smaller room after check in since my original room was ready. Front desk told me it’d be the same type of room, but it went from a king size bed to a full.

While the property is located wellband area around it is good, the place itself is not well maintained. The pillows were old and Lumpy and the blanket had multiple holes in it. There was no hook in bathroom and the rod was also missing in the tub to hang clothes. Chose the place based on sobesta sinoli suites in other locations but this one need much better maintenance. That was good. Ok for one or two days stay but would rather choose other places in future.

Waited a long while for check in, I was getting in around 9 which is not too late. Shower in my room did not work. AC unit was leaking. Lots of people hanging out in the hallways blaring music every evening.
