The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the workspace in the room made it easy to stay productive. Would definitely stay here again for business or leisure.

Customer service was great. Breakfast options were great. Parking was pretty bad given the fact that we are required to pay $33 mandatory valet. Customers should be given the choice as the parking lot is attached to the hotel and the lot is empty. Or hire more workers to help because there aren't enough valet workers. Valet in mornings, nights, and check in time was very busy with only 1 or 2 workers having to run around. The valet texting option is not even useful. Pool is pretty small, looks way nicer in pictures.

It was great. Vallet was fast. Location was great. They were out of the room I booked. They compensated by waving the vallet fee. Super friendly staff. Front desk to housekeeping.

Hyatt place galleria

Good hotel we went when metallica was playing and waited a bit but its understandable they were sold out and were checking in guest . But hotel was good yes you have to pay to valet your car but theres no parking around there but better there than parking somewhere outside and having them brake in your vehicle just saying . All was good close to the galleria room was good ill book here again took pic ill be up loading on Google reviews doesnt let me upload them on here
