Nothing is 100% perfect

Overall the stay was good! If you are looking for a upscale & updated “visual” this may not be the best choice for you. The location is very convenient!! There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. There was a lot of kiddos so also a great place for families. Breakfast was good. We really enjoyed the options available :) The bed was pretty comfy and I slept well. Now for the downsides…. A heavy smoke smell covered the 3rd floor. The room was fairly clean however after checking the bed a lot of dog or human hair was found at the base of the mattress. The room itself looked outdated and in need of some TLC. If you are looking for something newer looking this isn’t it. However the experience overall was good. Just wanted to give a honest review. Im

I had many issues with this hotel. The bathroom in the room smelled really bad, and looked dirty and dated. I could not stand the smell and had to go to the public restroom downstairs. It was also dirty with overflowing toilet paper on the floor. Inside the room, the dresser was balancing forward and the drawers didn’t close properly. We had to use some toilet paper to close the drawers. (It is an accident waiting to happen.) The front desk people refused to give us an extra pillow. The pool was extremely cold and noisy. But nothing prepared for what we saw at night. There were cockroaches eating a piece of pizza that we bought from the Little Caesar nearby. (I informed the front desk the next morning.) We managed to kill one roach with a shoe; it is probably still inside one of the crooked drawers. Terrible place and terrible staff. I am happy that it was only for a night.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This property is SOO DECEIVING !! The pictures look so good but it’s so bad! Roaches in the rooms, the smell of marijuana is INSANE! Do not book this for your family. It has good reviews but it looks like it’s from fake accounts from what i can only think they are made by the management. Very sketchy

The room was infested with roaches.. They had to change my room.. There was a little roach in the dresser drawer and there was a plant growing out of the sink, when I moved to th new room. I took pictures. Never again
