Most things were great. The only complaint I have and it was shared by others in our group was that you played music outside when everyone would have rather heard the waves. Our group kept leaving the music places for quieter places. We can get music anywhere. We can't get waves everywhere.

Two star quality at a five-star price point (close to $800 per night) featuring so-so cleanliness, unacceptable noise levels, inhospitable and unprofessional staff, construction zones, and unfortunate security measures…key card access for elevators and tacky wristbands.

The view of the ocean from the room was spectacular! The cost of drinks/food was absolutely atrocious though and the rooms were disappointingly dirty and fairly run down (mostly just dirty).
