Easy access to T5 at Heathrow Airport by regular bus services, stopping close to the hotel. Buffet style breakfast withva very good choice. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

Wonderful staff. My phone locked up and Riya at the front desk came to my rescue. Thank you. The free breakfast was great, lots of choices. I liked my room and the shower was great. A nar inside to help older people.

Stayed for 1 night (a Sunday) as visiting in the area. Staff that we interacted with, were courteous. The room provided everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Minor gripes with the way breakfast was laid out and it was not clear that we could pay to park at reception, as outside suggested using an app, but I would stay here again for the price paid.

It was really good for the most part—my only big complaint was why in the world would someone select parsley celery body wash and kale something shampoo?? No woman wants to smell like that…and I can’t imagine any guy would.
