The bed was so comfortable as were the pillows, room clean and very quiet -ideal after a 24hour delayed 14 hour flight! Reception staff were so helpful breakfast amazing - property so clean

I love everything about the hotel, room for a family of 4 had 3 beds. Excellent breakfast. Bathroom is very clean and new. Bedsheets were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. Would sray at Holiday Inn Express anytime anywhere.

The hotel represents location in its name as Terminal 5 but you have to take a 10 - 15 minute bus ride or cab to reach hotel. The staff was professional and responsive. The breakfast food was good and varied. The rooms appear dated. There was no closet or drawers to put your clothes in. I was with 2 others in the room. There was a coat rack only. The temperature in the room was cold. The room had a thermostat which was raised when I left in the morning but had no effect when I returned 12 hours later. I mentioned this to the front desk as I was checking out and the person said the individual thermostats don't work but its controlled from the front. PUT A SIGN UP TO INFORM PEOPLE OF THIS.

Poor right from entering the car park. Dirty and awkward to park. Awkward and long journey to reception with luggage. Poor arrangements for queuing to reception. Rooms old and unclean.
