Oasis in the city

Wonderful employees. The valet parking is also excellent, and the hotel is located in a green “oasis” in the city, which is very nice. Omni is my new go-to hotel when I’m in Houston.

Property is overpriced. The lobby is the best part of the hotel but the rooms aren’t any better than a $70 hotel room. I have stayed in better rooms for less. I had to complain to the front desk about the room we were in because the bathroom door was broken, I did not get the city view that was paid for, and the size of the rooms. They upgraded us into a bigger room however, the room was still worth $70 at best. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone I know.
