The worst experience I've ever had in this hotel. Dirty floors, wet carpets, bunk beds and the attention of the front dest is terrible. On the second day of my reservation they told me that the hotel was full and that I had to leave my room. The return of the money takes many days. Expedia shouldn't recommend this hotel, it's disgusting and all its staff

The staff tried to help with the confusing 3rd party system but ultimately i had to call and figure it out. The pictures made the place seem new and modern, but there was this old and worn look to everything. Tv didnt work, lamp didnt work, lamp shade was dirty. It needs to be replaced with new items or just taken care of better.

Good experience with the hotel.

First time stayed at the Hotel. Fee is reasonable. Location is very close to the event. Host was very friendly and helpful. Will stay at this hotel again whenever back to Houston.

Neat, nice and moderate price

it was a very neat and cool environment. Though their was a security 100bucks deposit which I didn't know about at the point of booking the room, I still strongly recommend.

Never again. Site not letting me upload pics.

We arrived and the elevator was closed. For a 60 year old and 74 year old that was terrible. When we went out the following day at noon I asked a maid if she was cleaning the room and she said the room wasn't on her list. I stopped at the front desk to ask that our room be cleaned (1pm). We came back after a long tiring day to an unmade bed, dirty towels on the floor and the only trash can still overflowing with trash. I went to the front desk and was told SORRY THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. They gave me towels and TRASH BAGS so we could trow our own trash out. When we left and the elevator had a puddle of water.

The place although under construction was nice. Very pleasant stay. After 3 days the elevator stopped working. But I would definately stay again.
