Service is great and staffs are very friendly. Service is one of the best Sheraton I have stayed around the world. Room and linens are clean. Bathroom is big enough but the arrangement can be better, a minor design issue. Location is in North Hsinchu which is far from the old Hsinchu downtown. Having visited Hsinchu many times over the last 18 years, I think this is the best hotel overall in Hsinchu and Ambassador hotel, located in the old downtown Hsinchu, being second best.

Overall, the hotel facilities are pretty good. Swing pool and the breakfast are awesome. The room is clean and quite. However, the pillows are too soft to me. Anyway, I still recommend to stay at this hotel.
