    Property is located just 400 meters away from the sandy beaches. 200 meters away from supermarkets, 600 meters away from pharmacy and 1,3 km away from the best clubs of the island: Ushuaia & Hi.
    Property is divided in Two levels: ground floor with one bedroom with full bathroom en suite, living room with sofabed and 1.5 bathroom ( 1 full bathroom + aseo ) and kitchen.
    Second level there is another bedroom with bathroom en suite and a nice terrace.
    In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool of private use. Don’t hesitate to contact us for further information.
