The spacious, bright kitchen adjoins the living room, creating a central hub for activities such as card games, reading, or watching movies. The activity room offers billiards, table tennis, darts, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, and table football. The bedrooms are spread across two separate sleeping areas, each with a bathroom, and a cozy loft with a flat-screen TV. A safe is also provided. Outside, there\\\'s a petanque court, football nets, a sandbox, swings, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun. The large terrace, partially covered, is perfect for sunbathing or barbecuing with the provided Weber grill, regardless of the season. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
