This beautiful estate is located approximately 3 km outside the town of Llubi, where you will find shops, cafés and restaurants.

The wonderful beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are just 15 minutes by car, as is the exclusive S'Albufera water reserve.



The charming country house has capacity for 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. Modern and luxurious bathrooms.

A bedroom and a bathroom are located on the ground floor, two bedrooms and the second bathroom upstairs. All rooms have air conditioning.



The house operates on solar energy, for the winter months there is an available fireplace and central heating, it runs on diesel and will be paid according to consumption at the end of the stay.



Upon entering the house, you will find a spacious living-dining room, also in a modern design with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi / Internet.

Fully equipped kitchen.



On the covered terrace you can spend pleasant evenings and have barbecues or play table tennis.



They can cool off in the 3x6 metre swimming pool and sunbeds in the garden await them so that they can relax.

For the little ones, there is a swing and a trampoline!
