Binissatí is a Mallorcan estate from the 18th century, built in 1737 and preserved with care and authenticity throughout the generations. Surrounded by 86 hectares of private Mediterranean landscape, in winter it becomes a silent and welcoming refuge, perfect for disconnecting from the daily rhythm and experiencing the most authentic Mallorca off-season.



With tourist licence AG252, Binissatí combines the charm of a historic house with the guarantees of a fully certified experience. An ideal place for a winter getaway, a different Christmas or a peaceful teleworking stay among olive trees and almond trees.

Designed for families or groups seeking comfort, nature, and privacy, the estate can accommodate up to 8 people distributed across three double bedrooms and two individual rooms, all decorated with a style that balances Mallorcan tradition and contemporary simplicity.



The interiors preserve the essence of the island: stone walls, high ceilings with wooden beams and original period details, combined with modern amenities: Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounges where you can rest, read, play with family or enjoy long after-meal conversations when it cools down outside.



In the outdoors, the winter landscape has a special charm: silent fields, olive trees and almond trees, soft light and clear skies. It is the perfect setting for taking warm walks among the trees, observing the stars on cold nights and feeling the estate is only for you, without neighbours or noise around.

Binissati is situated in the heart of nature, but just a few minutes by car from charming Mallorcan villages with cosy cafés, local markets and winter fairs. From here it is easy to organise:

Private parties not permitted within the estate.



Recycling: waste management is carried out in a controlled manner by the estate staff. The service has a cost of €30 per trip (approx. every two days). It is essential to separate waste correctly; otherwise, €200 will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.



Deposit: £600 (to be paid before arrival, refundable after departure if there are no incidents).



School forest: during the months of June and July (Monday to Friday) the farm hosts school groups for educational visits, always away from the accommodation area. In the winter months, this activity does not interfere with the tranquillity of guests.



The farm houses sheep, carob trees, olive trees and almond trees, creating a natural and sustainable environment even in winter.
