The pretty and cozy country house is near Inca, in the heart of the island, has 3 bedrooms, one with air condicioning, and offers maximum capacity for 6 people.

The tastefully furnished finca has 125 sqm of living area and is equipped with central heating, air conditioning in the living - dining room, satellite TV and internet connection (WLAN).

The kitchen, open to the living room, has a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



A comfortably furnished veranda leads to the outside area of the house. Ideal for outdoor dining with a view of the pool, the well kept garden and the mountains.

The private pool is 5 x 10m, surrounded by a lawn and equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.

A covered grill area with dining table and chairs can also be used in bad weather.

There is an outdoor parking on the completely fenced property.

The property is located in a quiet, rural area and yet only 2 km away from the city of Inca with its

many shopping facilities.

The nearest golf course is 23 km, 27 km to the sandy beach and 37 km to the airport.

Finca in Inca

Sehr schöne Finca am Rande von Inca. Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad im Haupthaus, das dritte Schlafzimmer (inkl. Klimaanlage) und Badezimmer im Nebengebäude. Sehr schöner und gepflegter Pool.

Das Haus war in einem sehr guten Zustand; die Ausstattung war in jeder Hinsicht sehr gut durchdacht und vollständig - besonders auch die Küche. Der wöchentliche Reinigungs- und Garten Service war überaus professionell und vollständig. Wir würden sehr gerne wieder unseren Urlaub an diesem Ort verbringen
