Excellent hotel to stay in if you have a morning flight from Incheon. Lovely chap on reception on arrival- really charming and welcoming. Bus shuttle run by the hotel every half hour to the airport ( different buses for each terminal) Large spacious room, super comfy beds, amazingly hot and powerful shower.

This hotel has two sections, an East & West Towers. It’s very close to the airport and has a shuttle, which is very convenient. It’s also within walking distance to Paradise City. Their room service is 24 hours and is top notch! The food we ordered was great! Their front desk crew were very efficient and nice. They will help answer and questions you may have. We would stay here again!!

Our flight was delayed, and we needed to stay overnight. Based on reviews, we chose the Grand Hyatt, as it’s one of the closest hotels to the airport. It was also quiet — we didn’t experience any noise from planes taking off or landing. My only complaint was the bathtub design, which made getting in and out unstable. We didn’t dine at the hotel, opting instead to eat at the airport since it was close by. Overall, the Grand Hyatt is a good choice if you need a comfortable stay near the airport.
