I am surprised by the many people loitering around the properties. The ground room I stayed in had a dirty carpet and an unpleasant smell.

Hotel stunk of smoke and weed. Room wasn’t terrible but the bathroom door handle was broken and laying on the counter when we arrived. One of the beds frames was also broken. The main hallway flooded so there were loud fans running 24/7 in the middle of the hallway. Breakfast wasn’t an actual breakfast, just a granola bar and a cup of coffee which was pretty disappointing. Overall yes it was a place to sleep but I wouldn’t come back.

Very gross and old hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly, but the room was disappointing. When we arrived, the toilet wouldn’t flush and then flooded when it finally did. The shower head was dirty and covered in mold, and the room smelled musty. The TV remote was even held together with duct tape. I would recommend looking for a different place to stay.

Overall, the check-in experience was okay. I was initially given a room that was already occupied, but I let the front desk staff know, and she quickly corrected it. She even offered to check the new room before I went up, which I appreciated. The only issues I had were that the room hadn’t been vacuumed there were visible chunks of hair on the floor and the microwave wasn’t fully cleaned.

Place was dirty everywhere, rooms not clean, the room smell like cigarette even doe it was a non smoking room. Place felt unsafe and noisy. Not recommended if you have children.

Worst vacation

Absolutely horrible. I booked a room with a kitchenette and was not given any dishes or utensils. I had already puchased groceries that needed to b prepared and was unable to do so. There was no breakfast like suggested. I didnt have a single serve coffe pot in my room. I asked several different employees to no avail. My first paid vaction and i was devastated.

Very dirty, tatty and uncomfortable

Budget hotels are my staple but it has been a long time since I've stayed at one this bad. I only booked it because it included breakfast. At check in I was told there would be breakfast. There wasn't any. The bed was far too soft and lumpy. The TV had no remote*, was held together with glue, and couldn't sustain a signal. The room hadn't been vacuumed. Neither had the hallway. Both were disgracefully filthy - probably the worst I've seen in any hotel. They even had the cheek to leave a note to say the room had been inspected personally by the manager. In the interests of balance the front desk staff were all very nice and friendly / helpful. *I reported the missing remote, only to realise the following morning that it was actually under the bed with yet more unvacuumed detritus.
