Hospitality could be better

The front desk hostess was not very friendly. Not helpful at all. Very dry at check in. I needed to use the laundry facilities to wash and dry my son's baseball uniform, but was unable to due to not having quarters for the dryer. I went to the front desk to cash a couple dollar bills in for quarters for the dryer and was told she didn't have any and I was out of luck. I had to hang his uniform in the bathroom overnight and hope it was dry by the time for our departure in the morning. I have never had a hotel not have quarters for their laundry facilities. Very disappointing hospitality. Room was average, bed was comfortable.

Any time I need to come down to the Indianapolis area, I always stay here. I’ve had the misfortune of having to travel very late at night, and the staff are always very accommodating of my late arrival. It is very conveniently located amidst plenty to do, plenty to see, and definitely plenty to eat! Additionally, it’s easy to get in and out of the city if need be. The rooms are always very nice and spacious and I will always be staying here when I can. Thank you for such amazing service and a great property.

Our room was very noisy due to the highway traffic & a guest who was walking up & down the hall talking loudly on her phone (maybe some signage to help with this). Plus our bathroom did not have a fan and that doorknob was very loose.

Very nice hotel but the pillows in our room were not very comfortable. The breakfast was excellat and staff very friendly. Was dissappointed that there was not a hot tub and pool water was cold. Other than thst an excellant stay and would return if in the area
