Staff was extremely rude upon checking out. I paid directly at the hotel but the desk attendant refused to grasp that and told me she could not provide any details regarding the refund of the mandatory incidental charges that I paid for.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was as well. And location is great! I was just very taken back by the breakfast cafe staff member who was just complaining and actually cussing about some of the guest at breakfast just for taking what she thought was too many eggs. She actually then yelled at me when I said the wrong closing time talking to my husband. And very aggressively asked me to tell her why I thought it closed at 10:30 rather than 10:00. Another guest saw it all as well and told me she witnessed that worker do something very similar when she had stayed there a month ago too.
