Entire problem was Expedia. Made reservations for 2 rooms and Expedia charged us and so did the hotel. Lots of charges occurring on our trip so could be easily missed. Now my wife has been on the phone for 2 hours with you(Expedia) and the hotel send screenshots of our charge and jumping through hoops to satisfy a mistake YOU MADE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PROCESS TO CORRECT A MISTAKE BU YOU. Probably have a hard time turning to your App in the future. I guess it could have been the Hotel’s fault and they processed our stay incorrectly resulting in double charges. Either way ended up OUR PROBLEM for us to resolve. (Still not resolved)

I made the booking on the basis of there being a courtesy bus to/from the airport. As it turned out, the courtesy bus was out of action and despite being told I would be compensated for the Uber rides I had to incur as an alternative, I am still waiting for refund
