Review on 3 nights stay

The bath tub drainage spoilt on our 2nd stay and we called the reception only being told the technician could only fix the following day and didn’t provide us any alternative solution as myself and another friend haven’t able to shower yet So we suggested to have shower at the fitness centre area then they gave us exception to bathe at the sauna after closed hours The reception also asked us to take cup and saucer from the restaurant directly when I called them on separate occasion

Comfortable pleasant stay

We had a very comfortable stay and the staff was very good. The breakfast was good too and staff at the restaurant was very helpful. The ambience in the rooms was good and restrooms very clean. I totally recommend staying here

Very nice, clean, modern property adjacent to the Innsbrook casino. Easy parking garage below it. Was only disappointed because I was led to believe at booking that I would have a bathtub and a pullout sofa in each of my two rooms, and we had none. This Was not as expected based on Expedia photos and description.
