Everything about this hotel is awesome. Except for.... you must make sure you tell the Grab driver the correct hotel. There are 2 locations of 1969s. lol.... I booked the wrong one and went to the wrong one. They are so nice that they helped me transferred my room to the correct location from the incorrect one.
Mostly good to very good for short term stay in a quiet area of Ipoh… however room aircon was weak, couldn’t cool down the room well. Hopefully this can be fixed.
Good to stay, comfortable and i did enjoy myself.
Only one advice for HSK, please wipe off the dust on the cable and desk surface if possible. Apart from that, overall are awesome.

Very clean room and staff are friendly. The free high tea and buffet breakfast provided were good. Overall a highly recommended hotel to stay for a few days.
I had a great stay here, but my family had mixed reviews. The lighting within the hotel room was very warm but extremely dim and eery, and hence not exactly very kids friendly. The suite i booked could house 6 and had 2 stories with a flight of stairs in the middle. It creaked so loud everytime someone climbs up or down the stairs which again could be freaky at night.
Overall excellent stay, service was very good, complimentary free breakfast taste better than the other branch love it! Like the bread served as it’s not the basic white bread loaf. Thank you and will be back again!
Beautiful room and cafe. Free welcome drink, free breakfast and 1 free high tea. Staff are courteous and professional. It has a gym too. Easy and short drive to most parts of Ipoh.
