My family and I spent one night at this hotel and we had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and accomodating. The buffet breakfast was great! Very close everthing in Times Square. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New York and in the Times Square area.

Our original room was not ready, there was just a mattress, no covers or anything. The front desk upgraded our room because of the inconvenience. The upgraded room had a dirty shower tub and the heat was not working so it was very cold at night.
