Convenient location right near the Grand Indonesia mall in central Jakarta. Stay was comfortable and the room was very spacious with living and dining spaces. Elevators were an issue at times as they would stall, but the stay was generally good overall.

Hotel breakfast was ok. Not much choices though. Could have been better if have more choices. Many of the cafes around the area opens quite late for breakfast, to have an early 7-8am breakfast, the Hotel breakfast is a better option. Hotel rooms :- 2 Room premier suite is great. No complain. With 2 toilets attached, it was excellent! Housekeeping was great too! I would like to compliment the GRO Pingkan & her Team. For the kind assistance in preparing the Surprise birthday party for my girl. Her kind gesture of helping me getting the Bouquet & Cakes was much appreciated. She also decorated the room! The Hotel also provides Airport Transfer. Service was excellent! Price was reasonable. Overall, i will definitely return to this hotel again!

Great location but need some improvements

The building could use some work. The cleanliness also needs improvement. But the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect with just walking distance to Grand Indonesia.

The pillow is super soft that it feels nothing when sleep. Need medium pillow else very shallow. The bath tub is not so clean. All the service staffs frm security guard to the front desk are all good. Very polite and always put smile on their face.
