Our holiday home Casalucka4enjoy is located in a very quiet urbanisation, on the outskirts of the picturesque village , about 1.5km,Jalon.
From the terrace you have a wide view of the Jalon valley with surrounding mountains such as Coll de rates and Bernia, so this holiday home is also the idela stay for the cyclists among us. We provide packages for this from A to Z.
Spa town Calpe is 15km, Moreira 20km, Denia 25km.
Alicante at 90km and Valencia at 120 are the closest airports.
The villa is divided into 2 separate Casas/units, each with its own entrance, kitchen, living room and sleeping accommodation for 6 people/unit. Casa Milara with street side entrance and Casa Stirio with pool side entrance.
When booking up to 6 people, you make a choice of either unit with everything in private.
When booking both units up to 12 people, there is a surcharge of 130€ for the final cleaning of the 2nd unit.
You can quietly enjoy the many terraces, with or without an awning , and 180° views of the valley .
The property is fully fenced and has bike storage and parking for 2/3 cars.
There is opportunity to play paddle , tennis in the village where children can also have fun on a playground.
This exceptional property is the ideal residence to spend a carefree holiday with your family, parents, parents-in-law or together with friendly couples, colleagues, neighbours or friends.
During high season we prefer to rent both units from 8 to 12 people and for low and mid season there is the possibility to rent 1 unit with the whole property in private. Spa towns such as Calpe 15km, Moraira 20km, Denia 25km are a short drive away.
After visiting these seaside resorts, you always return to a quiet area to further enjoy the peace and quiet.
