This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat spans two floors and features dual living areas, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups of friends. Perfectly situated, our home offers easy access to an array of amenities: enjoy the beach club, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center, golf course, and the cozy Black Bear Pub at the Clubhouse.

Step out onto the wrap-around deck and soak in the breathtaking views of Lake Petit. With a convenient washer and dryer, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially after a fun-filled day at the beach or marina. Come create lasting memories in our beautiful treetop sanctuary!

Our treetop retreat offers you a unique experience and an intimate connection with nature.
