The rooms are bright and cool and have everything necessary for a perfect stay. The ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans are essential for the warm summer nights. The kitchen has all the conveniences and appliances at hand to keep the family chef happy, and the open-plan living/dining room offers a relaxing space to watch a movie, dine with friends or sit with a book on the comfortable sofa.



Double sliding doors lead from the living room and two bedrooms to the enormous enclosed outdoor terrace, which offers the ideal space for the little ones to play while adults sit and relax in one of the comfortable seating areas. Dine outdoors in the shade of an umbrella or at night under the stars, sunbathe on a lounger, take a nap in the shade or step out through the terrace door and down the steps to the adjacent pool area....sounds heavenly, doesn't it? 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
