The modern accommodation is strategically located in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, just 10 minutes walking from the beautiful sandy beach of Arenal de Jávea, as well as a variety of services, such as bars, restaurants and recreational activities.



Accommodation

This bright and cosy ground floor has the capacity to accommodate up to 7 people in its 3 charming bedrooms. The main bedroom features a double bed with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has bunk beds and a trundle bed, while the third has a comfortable single bed with another trundle bed underneath. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower. The property is fully air-conditioned with a ducted air conditioning system.



The design of the accommodation is characterised by its single-level layout, thus offering comfort and accessibility. The house entrance leads to a terrace with a children's area, providing a safe and pleasant space. Additionally, it features a modern fully-equipped American kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, washer-dryer and dining area. The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa, an armchair and a large flat-screen TV, along with free WiFi. The double doors of the living room open to a spacious terrace, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxing, with direct access to the magnificent shared swimming pool located just in front of the apartment.
