Stylish Recently Renovated Apartment with Terrace, Air Conditioning and Shared Pool, very close to the beach! Perfect for a family or a close group of friends, this apartment has everything you need to spend a few holiday days on the Costa Blanca.



Accommodation

The apartment has been recently renovated and decorated with an exclusive design. It offers WiFi, Air Conditioning, Flat Screen TV and a spacious terrace to enjoy the fresh Mediterranean air.

This comfortable apartment has 3 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 people. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the third has two single beds. It also has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and another with a bathtub. The rest of the space is divided into a fully equipped individual kitchen and a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace. In the common areas of the residential complex, there is a garden with a large pool for adults and a smaller one for children.



Additional notes:

The rental price includes 40 kWh per week of electricity, after that you must pay 0.35 EUR per kWh of additional consumption.
