In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (19 steps) to the house. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, bus stop 8 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km pebble beach "Porticholl" 5 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 6 km, diving center 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
