The first bedroom features a French bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm, while the second also has a French bed of the same size. The third bedroom has two 90 cm French beds that can be combined to form a larger 180 cm bed, with a length of 200 cm. All three bedrooms have direct access to the terrace.
Upstairs, you'll find a living and dining area with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, leading out to a loggia. The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a supply of Nespresso capsules. The kitchen also provides access to the terrace and loggia. There is an additional separate WC on this level, and the entire villa features floor heating for your comfort.
