The living/dining room is beautifully and cozily furnished, featuring satellite TV, digital TV, and a fan. From here, you can step out onto the terrace and enjoy direct access to the swimming pool. The house includes three bedrooms, each with its own unique setup. The first bedroom has two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a bath/WC, double hand-basin, air conditioning, and a fan. The second bedroom is similarly equipped with two beds of the same size, air conditioning, and a fan. On the lower ground floor, you'll find the third bedroom, which features a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, complemented by air conditioning and forced-air heating, as well as a bath/WC and double hand-basin.
