Wonderful and comfortable villa in Jávea, Costa Blanca, Spain with private pool for 6 persons. The house is situated in a coastal and residential area and at 3 km from El Arenal beach. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The accommodation offers privacy, a garden with gravel and trees, a beautiful pool and a view of the valley. Lovely Villa

The Villa is located in a quiet part of Javea about a 20 min walk or 5 min taxi ride into town. The villa itself has a large outside area with an excellent Bar-B-Q area and large pool, inside it is a decent size with a large kitchen. We were not disappointed and spent a few evenings eating outside. From the back of the pool you can see the sun setting over Javea which is a beautiful site. The sun shines on the pool and front entrance of the villa during most of the day so sunbathing can be done in one spot all day. The villa was clean and all amenities worked except the hot water, we did intend to go back to the office to mention the hot water, but didn’t get round to it as it wasn’t really essential as it was so hot anyway, but the service from the agent was excellent so I am sure they would have sorted it for us if we had mentioned it. We would recommend this villa for anyone visiting Javea.

La réservation, la communication avant d’arriver, le paiement et l’accueil sur place se sont très bien passé. La maison est très bien située, la plage Arenal n’est pas loin mais il faut une voiture. Nous connaissons très bien l’emplacement, donc pas de souci pour nous. Le seul bémol est la propreté de la maison, quand nous sommes arrivés, les sols n’étaient pas propre (sable, poussière dans toutes les pièces notamment les salles de bain). Nous avons pris l’option serviettes de bain, celles-ci très usées, nous avons dû en acheter sur place. Point positif, draps propres et piscine impeccable. Et vraiment, le plus désagréable, une cuisine vraiment poisseuse, la porte du frigo est collante et en mauvais état, toute la vaisselle est inutilisable sans lavage au préalable. Cela nous a vraiment déçu car il s’agit d’un manque d’hygiène. Sinon, la maison est très bien, au calme avec du stationnement, elle est sécurisée par un portail quasi neuf et le véhicule peut être stationné à l’ombre. Nous venons à Javea depuis 30 ans, mais nous ne reprendrons pas cette maison à cause du manque de propreté. Si par hasard ce point est corrigé, c’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans cette maison. Laura et Géraud

Mooi compleet huis

Bij aankomst erg schoon huis, centraal gelegen en binnen paar minuten bij een supermarkt. Hele mooie tuin, goed zwembad, poolman belde keurig aan voordat hij de tuin binnen kwam. Inventaris compleet, schoon en heel. Hor voor slaapkamerramen. Minpuntjes; niet lang warm water in de douche, niet lang genoeg om 2 personen korte tijd van een warme douche te laten genieten. Douchevloeren en gordijnen vol met weer/schimmelvlekken, staat niet in verhouding met de schone en netheid van de rest van het huis Bank en stoelen binnen zitten niet, maar met mooi weer maak je daar bijne geen gebruik van.

l'emplacement de la villa est très bien pour les plages (accès à pied ) les extérieurs sont convenables . l'intérieur a besoin d'un gros coup de rafraichissement (cuisine et surtout salle de bain). les lits sont sur des cales , à revoir.

Maison agréable et bien placée à 5 mn en voiture de la plage Arsenal. Seul bémol, il manque des couettes, les nuits étant fraîches. La piscine est au soleil toute la journée, très agréable !
