You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Casa Angilaga For family and friends.
Style and comfortable home with lounge area, and few outside terraces, including a baroque area and a swimming pool. Equipped indoor kitchen, and a living area leading into an outside cool terrace, with the view of the swimming pool and mountains. The Villa is 30-40 minute walk or 3-minute drive to the sandy El Arenal beach and Cala Blanca. Experience the charm of Xabia's town centre and natural surroundings. The villa is arranged to sleep up to 6 people.
The living room with an Air Condition leads on to the private covered terrace, kitchen and an entrance to the hallway leading into the three bedrooms. At the outside area, you will find the swimming pool, a charcoal grills Barbecue area, a swing with garden furniture, a specious car parking area for two cars with a car port which can fit additional two cars or a caravan. A dog kennel is situated by the entrance, by a 3.5m wide main iron secured gate. The 8m x 4m swimming pool area is south facing, sun soaked from June to November, with an automatic timed night lighting. Regular maintenance of the swimming pool will be carried out by the host twice a week.
A table Tennis (Ping Pong Table) is available if needed when you bring your own equipment, such as the rackets, net, and Ping Pong balls.
All three bedroom, and the living area have an individually operated Air Condition units.
All conveniences provided including – washing machine, equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, fridge freezer, crockery, cutlery, plates, bowls, cups, glasses), bed linen, and bathroom towels are also provided for the duration of your stay.
Although Pets are welcomed, and it is a free of charge, but please no pets are allowed inside the house and in the pool or around the pool area. Please ask the landlord if you have a well behaved dog.
How to get here: The Villa is situated around 1hr 10 mins drive from either Alicante or Valencia airports. Car hire is recommended, and when requested, directions and location can all be given.
The Villa is near several beaches, places to shop, sports activities, entertainment facilities, places to go out, sights and culture - the perfect villa to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
A helpful guide book will be left at the villa with my contact details. I will be contactable and will go out of my way to ensure you have a pleasant and unforgettable holiday by helping in any way I can.
