Large, modern, very comfortable house "Baruffa". In the district of La Tarraula, in the resort 7 km from the centre of El Arenal - Javea, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 1.8 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 7 km, sandy beach "El Arenal Javea" 7 km. Sports harbour 7 km, marina 7 km, golf course (9 hole) 1.8 km, surf school 7 km, sailing school 7 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
