With views of a panoramic landscape of fields and rolling hills, with its own lush private gardens and a spectacular mountain as a backdrop, Casa Cora is nothing less than refined, barefoot elegance. And with its beautiful interiors, private pool, barbecue hut, yoga gazebo, Balinese daybed, and fruit tree orchard, every corner of this spectacular property is truly divine.



Divided into two independent apartments, each with its own private entrance and open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area, as well as three bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. The internal layout is ideal for large families or groups of friends who enjoy holidays together but also seek their own space or moments of tranquillity. The rooms have radiator heating in winter and air conditioning in all bedrooms and the upstairs living room in summer.



If this description does not enthuse you, what do you think of the 27-hole golf course "La Sella", which is located 5 minutes by car from the main gate of the property? Do you not like golf? Well, treat yourself to a spa day at the Marriott hotel (just next to the golf course) or take a walk along the lower trails of the Montgó mountain. The cities of Denia and Javea are a short distance from the property, offering guests a multitude of beaches, coves, restaurants, bars and boutiques. The lovely town of Jesús Pobre is just a few minutes by car and has a charming food and treats market every Sunday in a traditional Riu Rau building.

1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €500 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

Perfect Family Villa

Fantasic villa and garden ideal for two families - beautifully decorated and thoughtfully well-equipped. Upstairs is very roomy with a large kitchen and island/bar area, as well as a huge indoor dining table. We spent most nights eating al fresco around the large balcony table. The upstairs also has a comfortable lounge and tv area, plus three good-sized bedrooms, a large shower room and an additional bathroom. The ground-floor accommodation is more lower-ground so cooler and darker with one huge bedroom and two more decent-sized bedrooms, plus a small kitchen and sitting area. We were a party of 9 and found the villa very spacious and the upstairs worked well for us all to socialise. The pool was a good size and was enjoyed by everyone. We left some inflatables and a couple of beach umbrellas which hopefully can be stored for others to use for days out at the beach. The letting agent was easily contactable and stopped by to bring along some missing supplies, and the pool-man and gardener also paid a couple of visits during our two-week stay.
