Outdoor shower, garden furniture, parking (for 3 cars), single garage. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 750 m, bus stop "Estacion de Autobuses" 1.5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 5 km pebble beach "Playa del Montañar" 3 km.
