Private: terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 115 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 5 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. Sports harbour 4.5 km, golf course (9 hole) 1.5 km, surf school 4.5 km, sailing school 4.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
