Villa Casa Peponi (Jávea) is a villa with a beautiful pool and a large terrace overlooking the sea that will captivate you with its wonderful decor. Its large terrace features a fantastic barbecue area and incredible sea views. It also boasts a great location, 3 km from the beach and 1 km from several charming restaurants. Your pet is welcome at this villa (€55 extra cleaning fee).

Distribution:
The villa, has only one floor. There is a living-dining room with large windows to give easy access to the terrace and the private swimming pool. The living room is connected with a very attractive kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, and the other 2 share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a laundry room and a toilet room for guests.

The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing space, a very ample terrace with a table and chairs and an addiitonal area with a spacious barbeque area with amazing sea views. Additionally there is a another terrace to sunbathing on the top of the property.

Inside the property there is space to park 1 car but on the street there is plenty of free space to park.
