Villa Sonrisa is a spacious villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioned and comfortably furnished to a high standard. All furniture is new since 2018 including mattresses and garden furniture. The villa is located on Cabo de la Nao, just 7 minutes drive from the beaches of Javea and 7 minutes from the natural beaches of Granadella and Portichol. Therefore, it is a perfect place for couples or a family vacation with children. The garden offers space to relax, barbecues and enjoy the privacy of a fenced property. The villa is wheelchair accessible because everything is on one level. The covered terrace overlooks the pool, so watching children is very easy and relaxing. The terrace can be partially or fully open thanks to the window system. The villa is fully equipped, satellite TV (4K HDR) gives you access to channels in French, English, German and Italian. It also allows you to access HBO or Netflix (access with your account only).

Unser Empfang durch die Gastgeberin war herzlich uns absolut perfekt. Wir haben im Haus und ums Haus alles so vorgefundenen wie beschrieben.Es fehlte uns an gar nicht, das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir können mit gutem Gewissen das Mietobjekt weiter empfehlen. Prima week in een fijn huis met omheinde tuin en heerlijk zwembad. Bij vragen altijd snel (re)actie. Ook prettig dat er achteraf geen kosten meer waren.

Une maison parfaite pour des vacances réussies

Un accueil professionnel et sympathique et l'hôte est disponible et à l'écoute. La maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires, vous ne manquerez de rien. La piscine est un réel plus et elle est très bien entretenue. De plus, la maison est bien située et vous avez accès à de multiples plages à proximité. komfortable Villa

Wir waren zwei Wochen vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus muss vor wenigen Jahren komplett saniert worden sein. Es ist alles in einem guten Zustand. Die Vermieterin Christelle war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Als wir ein Problem mit der Rasenbewässerung hatten, kam sehr schnell der Reparaturdienst und hat alles in Ordnung gebracht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Danak nochmal für die tolle Zeit.
