Lovely little house for rent, completely renovated in 2017 in the chic ethnic style, Casita Javea is located in the seaside resort of Javea. Located in a green urbanization, quiet and secure, you will feel at home. The Javea (El Arenal) sandy beach is just 500 meters away and can be reached on foot. Close to the Casita you can enjoy the restaurants, bars, shops of Javea, as well as a supermarket located 200 meters.

With all the necessary comforts, the house has a private pool, a beautiful terrace with garden furniture and plancha, a naya (covered terrace), a fully equipped kitchen, all small appliances and a parking space.
