The villa, built in 2013, has a total of 830 m² of floor space distributed over three floors connected by stairs and a lift. The entire house is air-conditioned with individual split units in each room.
On the main floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with large windows overlooking the sea and access to a large terrace. The living room connects to a large modern kitchen with all the appliances and kitchenware necessary for a perfect stay. On this same floor there is 1 large en-suite bedroom with a terrace, good wardrobes and high-quality decoration.
On the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms, 2 of them en-suite. All of them are perfectly decorated, with air conditioning and television.
In the basement, the villa has a large gym area, sauna, billiards and table football, as well as a large garage.
The exterior of the property, with an area of 1,273 m², has a large parking area for up to 6 cars, a large garden area with artificial grass, a large swimming pool with sun loungers and a beautiful barbecue area.

Location:
The villa is located 2 km from the Arenal de Javea beach with all its restaurants and shops. Only 1.5 km from the supermarket. About 3-4 km away are several idyllic coves, among which Granadella stands out.
