For shared use: with lawn, swimming pool angular (12 x 6 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, parking on the premises. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 2 km, shingle beach "El Montanyar" 50 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, surf school 200 m. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
