GLADIOLO - Villa with private pool in El Tosalet - Xàbia.
Welcome to this beautiful house in the quiet and family residential of El Tosalet, in Xàbia, with a wonderful garden and pool, offering accommodation to 6 people.
The exterior area is wonderful. There is a large green lawn surrounding the house and the pool, and it is perfect to sit or sunbathe while reading a book or listening to music. There are also 4 sun loungers by the pool for the same purpose. The chlorine pool sizes 8 x 4 metres and its depth goes from 1.20 to 2 metres. It also features an exterior shower. Under the porch, which can be closed with the vertical awning windows, you will find a fantastic built-in barbecue to sit all together and spend the afternoon while the little ones play at the play ground. There also is a terrace in front of the house, covered with a large awning, which is perfect for a quiet tea or coffee.
The just one storey house is equipped with gas oil central heating. You can enter te house from several entries. Inside, you will find a dining room with large windows to admire the garden, pool and mountain views. The dining area leads to the sitting room which is equipped with comfortable sofas and armchairs where you can watch TV. The very spacious kitchen has a gas stove, oven and a table with chairs. The house offers the bedrooms with a closet each one, one of them with a double bed, air-conditioning and an en-suite shower bathroom. The other two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, come with a fan each one. There is a second bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub for the rest of the house. Of course, you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and a high chair are also available on request.
The property is located 3.5 km away from the beach of El Arenal, where you will find an amount of shops and restaurants to enjoy the views in their terraces and the water sports. There are some lookouts nearby that you can visit like Cala Blanca, Portitxol or Cap Negre. We also recommend to take a long walk through the old town centre of Xàbia and its narrow Medieval streets and its street market.
There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
