Private: garden 1'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (4 x 8 m, depth 110 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, parking (for 3 cars). Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. Surf school 4 km, sailing school 4 km, tennis 3.8 km. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only.
