This charming two-storey, two-bedroom apartment is beautifully decorated with white and beach wood furniture, rattan lamps and accessories, and pastel-coloured furniture that makes you think of the sea as soon as you cross the main door.



In the centre of the Isleta Marina complex there is an oasis of sun-bathed gardens and a gleaming communal swimming pool with a children's pool on one side. Inside the apartment, the spacious dining room looks out onto a sunny balcony with views of the gardens. 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
