Beautiful holiday apartment for 4 people at walking distance from the sandy beach and boulevard in Javea. This newly built apartment is very nicely furnished and fully equipped. It is located on the ground floor and it's completely on one level, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living area and a beautiful open kitchen with bar. The terrace is tastefully decorated with a nice lounge area and is partly covered, next to it is a private garden with its own entrance from the complex. The modern complex offers a communal swimming pool with children's section and outdoor showers. The apartment is located on a perfect location, ideal for people who want to leave their car parked because you walk to the sandy beach and the boulevard with shops, restaurants and bars. Todo fenomenal! La casa estaba muy cómoda, bonita y limpia. La única pega es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, pero nos pusimos en contacto con la empresa que lo gestiona y lo resolvieron enseguida. Repetiría sin duda!
