This attractive and bright apartment, carefully decorated, has 119 m² and is divided into 3 levels. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 toilet and capacity to accommodate up to 8 people.

On the main floor is a stylish living-dining room with two sofas, free WiFi, Smart TV and double doors that open to a beautiful terrace with outdoor dining area and barbecue. The semi-open concept living room has a wooden dining table that communicates with the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, water boiler, juicer and plates and bowls. The kitchen has an exit to another terrace from which the common areas are directly accessed. On this floor there is also a practical toilet.

From the living room, a staircase leads to the two upper floors. The second floor offers a full bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with bunk beds and another bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
