We welcome you to this cosy flat in the charming village of Xàbia, ideal for 4 people.
If you wish to enjoy a peaceful holiday in the town of Xàbia, this cosy flat is perfect. With its ideal location in the centre of the town, you will be able to enjoy the property's surroundings, where the tranquil surroundings of the town provide an authentic and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy during your stay. With its variety of bars and restaurants you will be able to enjoy the rich local gastronomy.
The rustic interior of this property, spread over one floor, offers a living room with TV that invites you to relax by the fireplace in winter or with the air conditioning in summer. With a traditional wooden style, the gas kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably during your stay in the house. There is also a table with 6 chairs, perfect for enjoying a meal with your companions. When it's time to sleep, you have the main bedroom, equipped with a double bed and wardrobe, and the second bedroom with a bunk bed for two companions. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washbasin. There is also a washing machine, iron and a high chair can be provided if you are travelling with a baby.
The coast of Jávea has a varied landscape with a great succession of beautiful beaches and spectacular cliffs. Its protected Natural Park of Montgó or the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni are spectacular natural places to visit in peace and quiet or to take a pleasant excursion.
