Olive Beach is a cosy and spacious one-bedroom ground floor apartment, a stone's throw away from the cafés, restaurants and seafront promenade of Jávea harbour.
Located on the ground floor of Jardines del Sol I, the apartment has direct access through a small courtyard to the swimming pool and communal gardens, gleaming with mature olive trees, beautiful plantations and lawn. Climbing a few steps from the outdoor courtyard, a lovely covered terrace with a dining table and chairs overlooks the gardens and pool, and offers a shaded spot to take refuge from the sun's rays.
Inside, the spacious dining room, decorated in neutral and beachy tones, has a comfortable sofa bed (for one person), dining area and open-plan kitchen. The bedroom, with its elegant silver-framed bed and peach-toned walls, is simple yet cosy. The adjacent bathroom has a large walk-in shower and practical shelves to store all your holiday potions and lotions.
A stone's throw from some of the city's best shops and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from La Grava pebble beach, this is a holiday home to drop off your luggage and relax, which makes you feel immersed in Mediterranean port life.
JH Loves - The fact that you can put on a sarong and flip-flops, and simply walk to the beach to take a dip early in the morning. Olive Beach is the best of easy and unhurried holiday life - you can't miss it!
JH Advice: Olive Beach is located in the same complex as Los Olivos and just 150 metres from Jardines del Sol. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
**Important Information**
1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.
2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.
3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract
