Large, very beautiful, cosy house "Tosalans". In the district of Adsubia, in the resort 3 km from the centre of Javea - El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Pergola, garden furniture, parking on the premises. Supermarket 2.1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3 km, rocky beach "Cala Blanca" 3 km. Sports harbour 3.2 km, marina 3.2 km, surf school 3.2 km, sailing school 3.2 km, tennis 3.1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
