Very beautiful, luxurious villa "Charme", 2 storeys, renovated. In the district of Entre Pinos, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: large, beautiful, well-kept terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 110 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop "Toscamar" 1.6 km, sandy beach "El Arenal" 3.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km, surf school 3.5 km, sailing school 3.5 km, tennis 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
